Shipments

Terms of Service

For orders in the Peninsula and Balearic Islands, the order processing time is 2-4 working days. Once shipped, the order will take between 24 and 48 hours to reach its destination. The shipping cost is €5.99 and will be made through the company Nacex. Delivery will be made in person.

The established deadlines are considered without prejudice to possible delays caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (storms, snowfall, road closures, strikes, procedures or other actions by the Administration and/or Customs, delays by airlines and/or shipping companies, etc.).

Anna's is not responsible for any delay in transportation caused by:

• Incorrect or incomplete address.
• Do not indicate a contact telephone number.

Failure to comply with the delivery deadline will not be considered in cases such as: absence of the recipient, change of address, unknown address, lack of name or contact at private addresses, re-shipments or refunds, closure due to holidays, late deliveries on a second attempt or any cause of force majeure or beyond the control of the company.
