Refund policy
If once you receive the product you are not satisfied, you have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to return it.
Write an email to annasbcncontact@gmail.com indicating your order number and explaining your case. I will be happy to help you.
As a customer, you are responsible for returning the product, which must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (with complete packaging), to the address that will be indicated to you. Once we receive the package at our store, we will check it to make sure it is in perfect condition and we will send you a confirmation email with a refund code that you can use in our online store.
Until we receive the item, it will be under your responsibility. We recommend that you send it by courier or certified mail and that you keep the proof of shipment. The cost of this shipment is borne by the buyer.
